What data I process and why

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. So that the opening animation is not repeated during the same visit, your browser stores a technical flag for the session only; it is not transmitted to me.

If you contact me by email, phone or through the website form, I process the data you provide (for example name, business, email address, phone number and message content) only to reply to your request and, if we work together, to manage our relationship. The form stores nothing on the website: it opens your email app with a pre-filled message, which you decide whether to send.

External providers

Fonts and animations are hosted directly on this website: your browser does not contact Google or other providers to download them. I only rely on the following services, which may receive your IP address and technical browsing data:

• Cloudflare (website hosting), which logs technical access data for security and operational purposes.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to write to me via the WhatsApp button.

These providers may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States.

How long

I keep messages only for as long as needed to handle your request or our relationship, and to meet legal obligations, for example accounting requirements.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) you may at any time ask me what data I hold about you, and request its correction or deletion. Simply write to the email address above. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
